Smart Lists Transcript
Now that we’ve covered regular lists, we are going to talk about smart lists. The first one we will cover is the My Day list.
The My Day list is a way to plan what tasks you want to accomplish. On the right, you will see suggestions for what to add to your day, or you can add tasks to My day from their detail view by clicking on add to my day. The My Day list resets every night at midnight so you can start fresh each day.
Next, we’ll talk about the “Important” list. The “Important” list will show all the tasks that you have designated as as important. To designate a task as important, select it to bring up its detail menu, and click the star in the top right.
The Planned list will show you all your tasks that you have given a due date.
Assigned to you is only shown on school or work accounts and will display all tasks that other people have assigned to you. If your school or work account uses Outlook for email, the flagged emails list will show you all emails that you have flagged as “To do.”
Now you know all about Smart Lists and their different purposes.
